The room included USB chargers next to the bed. I also received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The Palladium music venue was only a short walk from the hotel. The tram stop was conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to the city center.
I found that basic amenities were missing from the room, such as a kettle, inconvenient. Hot water had to be obtained from reception.

The hotel is close to two concert venues. The staff were friendly. The room was modern. The room was pretty.
The room we got had dirty linens. The guy at the front desk looked at our room and assigned us a new one. He gave us drink vouchers for the inconvenience. There were no to-go options for the drinks, so we didn't end up using the vouchers.

The location was amazing close to concert spots so attending shows were easy. The rooms offered a spacious layout and the bed felt comfortable after a long day. The social reception area with the television and bar was very nice too.
